More and more proof revealed. The heinous criminal groups which self-proclaimed as Papuan freedom fighter not more than power seeker and opportunist adventurer.

Newest proof were revealed by Lewis Prai, the self-proclaimed Papuan freedom group diplomat.  On Sept 23, 2023, he posted an order signed by Menashe Tabuni and Markus Haluk. Tabuni proclaimed as United Liberation Movement for West Papua (ULMWP). While Haluk proclaimed as Secretary of ULMWP.

The Letter, dated Sept 21, 2023, ordered the killing of Jeffrey Pagawak Bomanak, his crews, his supported. According the letter, Bomanak is head  West Papua National Liberation Force (WPNLF) or TPNPB. WPNLF said to be under command of Papua Liberatioan Organization or OPM.

Tabuni state, only ULMWP with West Papua Army has the authorization in Papua. While OPM with WPNLF has none.

Therefore, every member of ULMWP and WPA should killed anyone whom support WPNLF and OPM.

ULMWP and OPM been compete for years. Spoke person of OPM, Sebby Sambon accused ULMWP collaborate with capitalist to continue control on indigenous Papuan. 

ULMWP was created by Benny Wenda, a Papuan whom become citizen of  United Kingdom. On August 2023, Wenda handed over ULMWP chairmanship to Tabuni.

ULMWP and OPM militias engage in brutal fights for years. Many videos record they tortured each other.

Militia from both groups notoriously tortured and killed civilian. On September 2023, they attacked some Papuan in Pegunungan Bintang Regency.

In August, they killed Michelle Kurisi Dago as well. Ms Dago was found dead in Kolawa Districk, Lanny Jaya Regency. Her body was buried improperly by the perpetrators. Local residents found her body covered only with leaves and some dirt.

Prior be killed, Ms Dago was working to free Phillips Mehrtens. Mr Mehrtens is a pilot from New Zealand. He was kidnaped and remain in WPNLA hostage for months. Ms Dago  dedicated her live to prospering woman and children in Papua.  She was a great figure from La Pago indigenous area in Papua. La Pago is one of important indigenous area in Papua.
